I just had to share this sweet bowl of yum with all of you! It is so sweet, as is, and I ate off of it for three days! Yum!!!

Sweet Bowl of Yum!!


  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 diced pear
  • Heaping teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • A hand full of:
  • Raw sunflower seeds
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Dried cranberries


  1. I threw it into my power cooker XL for 5 minutes.
